1. Project Management Arrangements
The session commenced with a comprehensive overview of each partner’s roles, responsibilities, key activities, and the overall project timeline. Discussions encompassed communication and coordination strategies, the dissemination of project information on partners’ websites and social media platforms, reporting requirements, documentation standards, financial procedures, and the payment schedule.
2. Dissemination Arrangements
Updates to the dissemination plan and identification of target audiences were presented. The roles of each partner in dissemination activities were clarified, and responsibilities for content creation and updates were assigned. The use of shared Google Documents was agreed upon to facilitate collaborative content development.
3. Activity Plan
Progress on the development of training materials was reviewed. Feedback was provided on draft materials, including:

Luznava Manor (Latvia) will oversee supervision and quality control. Deadlines for upcoming tasks were established, and plans for the next online meeting and mid-project review (Activity 3) were discussed.
